We talk a lot about relationships in marketing. We use relationship terms to describe how we connect, interact and engage with our customers. We emphasize things like adding value, trust, being authentic…How we build and maintain these relationships matters.
During this holiday season, perhaps we should take at least a few minutes to consider how what we extol for our customers may also enhance the relationships in our personal/family lives as well as in the lives of those people who we work with.
People…whether they are customers, family, friends, co-workers, colleagues….are what really matter.
