Holy Family University tasked us with migrating their Content Management System (CMS) to a more robust and flexible platform to meet the ever-changing needs of their Adult Learning program.

Netplus started by gathering their requirements – the types of users and their roles, integration with external systems, common use cases, workflow review and approval processes. We recommended WordPress which allowed for numerous templates while also allowing the Holy Family staff to easily maintain and update post-launch.

Migration from one platform to another has its unique needs and we made sure to cover those bases too – listening to users and their requests, translating inbound links to the old web site to retain SEO, maintaining the integrity of legacy system integration, and of course, training users so they can successfully maintain the system moving forward.

The new web site has been live for several semesters now and we’re happy to report that WordPress has been able to adapt to new needs and Holy Family University has been able to maintain the web site on their own – the true test of a successful CMS.
